Returns Policy

Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. All warranties are included with your order. Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration, please call Customer Service before you ship them. Some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly to them. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange,refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts.

Product Listing & Pricing

Gas Motorsports strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, pictures, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other factors we cannot guarantee that all item information including descriptions, pictures and pricing or any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labelled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Gas Motorsports shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.

Backorders

Our goal is to always provide product and merchandise to you as soon as possible. Any items out of stock will be shipped to you immediately upon receiving it from the manufacturer. Special order items please allow extra delivery time, to prevent delays please call in advance to verify if products are in stock.

Damaged Goods
